Craftwaves is based in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi. We deliver across MBZ City and the rest of Abu Dhabi, and to the wider UAE. Delivery details are confirmed with you on WhatsApp when you place the order, and collection from our MBZ City base can be arranged the same way.
Personalised and perishable items
Personalised, fresh and perishable goods may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, contact support promptly with the order number and clear photographs.
